20% Raise in Ground Rent is unacceptable

Dandara has sent out a letter and invoice raising the ground rent for 2015/2016 by nearly 20%.
In today's environment where everyone is struggling, this is totally unacceptable. There is no consultation with the residents and/or landlords and there is no justification for this astronomical increase.
