Stop Animal Abuse and Neglect for Newfoundland and Labrador
On December 16th 2017 marked the day of the worse kind of animal neglect as a cow was tied outside during a snowstorm. I'm concerned for the lack of care and action that was done today as the cow had suffered in the harsh winds and snow. I want all of us to stand together as a community and province to show that animal abuse and neglect is never okay and that officals should take action no matter what animal.

The cow has not been taken in, it has been moved around to the back đ
once again Rescue NL has been contacted and asked for assistance in another case of large animal neglect. We have been informed that there is a cow left outside tied on in these treacherous conditions. The appropriate authorities have been contacted, and at present there has been no action. We have also been informed that the owner has been contacted and has agreed to put the cow inside. However, this is not confirmed.
