Help end animal abuse! Create animal abuse registries worldwide

With animal cruelty on the uprise and no animal abuse registries in Canada and all over the world it is imperative that we protect all our animals. to this date there is no heavy fines, jail time and no registry for animal abuse this is simply unacceptable. We need to speak for those that are unable to speak for themselves just like children, we are there to protect them let's do the same for our animals.

We have child abuse registries in Canada which protect our children and offenders are registered, animals are no different animal abuers should all be registered across Canada as well as worldwide, there should also be heavy fines and jail time for those who offend.

We, the people are asking you Stephen Harper to take a stand on animal abuse and make it a priority on your political adjenda to address this issue and create a nation- wide animal abuse registry so we can protect our animals and set an example for other countries to follow .
