Help Fr. Daniel Palys clear his name and stay where he is

Fr Dan was accused about 13 months ago of having sex with a boy in the earlier years. This young boy now a man has accused him of having sex with him. He has said that Fr. Dan asked him to be an alter boy, Trained him to be an alter boy and would take him camping. All these times he said Fr. Dan had sex with him. Fr. Dan has NEVER asked him to be an alter boy,  NEVER trained himto be an alter boy,  Fr. Dan has NEVER gone camping in his live. This man has told Bishop Malone this and Bishop Malone has believed a lier. Bishop Malone is the only one who believed him. This man has told the bishop this never happened and dropped the case against him. But when the church stated that they would pay them he redid his case. This man has been in a mental Hospital and has tried to kill himself twice. Bishop Malone has paid this man off so that he wouldn't sue the church. Now the Bishop says that FR. Dan is quilty and is sending the case to Rome and wants him to be moved from where he is. Fr. Dan has never had a chance to talked to the man nor give his side of the story. We need all the help that we can get to help Fr. Dan get his case heard the right way and get his name cleared and let him go back to doing what he loves. Bishop Malone has made him guilty without a hearing. We need to stop Bishop Malone now.
