For all the East Coast Deadheads who didn't get a chance to experience the magic of the Fare Thee Well shows LIVE in Santa Clara or Chicago. Because it was too AMAZING to not do 2 more East Coast shows. Because Billy K wants it for us, and because we feel like the rest of the band felt the magic, and just may want to do it if we make our collective voices heard loud enough.
WE, the East Coast Deadheads, petition Peter Shapiro, The Grateful Dead "core four" Bobby, Billy K, Phil & Mickey, along with Trey Anastasio, Bruce Hornsby, and Jeff Chimenti, to bring the Fare Thee Well shows to the East Coast for 2 nights in 2015 before the weather turns. Those of us who experienced the magic of Santa Clara and Chicago want to share that experience with our East coast "Grateful Dead Belt" family who did not get a chance to travel west. with LOVE in our hearts, we hope and pray that the band felt the magic just as strongly as we did, and only need the resounding sound of the collective to be heard to have an excuse to taste that magic for one last time, and for the kids, the younger generation who finally got to taste what a Greatful Dead show was like, and for their East Coast counterparts who did not. We echo Billy K's sentiment to do 2 more shows on the east. Do it for the fans, but more importantly do it for yourselves. With Love.

URGENT! WE CHALLENGE THE DEAD TO PLAY FOR THEIR CHARITY We've teamed up with challeng.org to use our petition to raise $ for THE REX FOUNDATION.
