We the residents have come together to express concern against units 6 and 24 at 301 Spadina Road East. This petition is for Clerical use, to show who has concern against these units. We have express concern regarding these units, in the following manner.

Late night Arrivals
People banging on windows
Assaults happening to tenants
Noise complaints
People sleeping in shopping carts in the Public Parking area’s
Alleged Drug exchanges
Alleged Weapon usage
Threats to bodily harm
Threats to personal Property
Alleged Break and Entering
Theift
constant police presence
Death


These are just some of the concerns that tenants have expressed to each other. We would like something done within a reasonable time with the 2 units.
