Bring Dr. Gaines Back to Norfolk State University

Dr. Gaines has been very helpful to myself and other students since his return to Norfolk State University in Fal 2014. He's always been about the students; finding ways to help and giving advice for us be successful in the future. He helped charter Phi Epsilon Kappa here in the Fall of 2015, after only being back a year. He's done a lot for the university and the students as well. Bring back Dr. Gaines. The Health/Physical Education/Exercise Science department won't be the same without him.
