The fence runs adjacent with a tall hill of dirt and pine trees. It creates a trap for nettles and litter that never gets proper attention do to the fact it is out of sight from the mall staff and guest.

"Cary Park" is located to the West of that area, so the hill area receives heavy foot traffic. A chain link fence has been proven to be to flimsy and is constantly being damaged.
