NWSL fans around the world demand live coverage of the playoffs!

The National Women’s Soccer League have confirmed that nine matches from the remainder of the 2014 season will be broadcast on the ESPN family of networks, beginning July 20.

ESPN2 will air three regular season games and all three playoff games — the two semifinals and the championship — while three regular season matches will be streamed online on ESPN3.

Judging from last season..what this means is that all NWSL fans from outside the US as well as fans in the US that do not have access to ESPN2 and ESPN3 will not be able to view live coverage of the matches.

While we applaud your visionary approach of streaming live on Youtube from the first season...it is extremly frustrating to go through a season and then miss out on the playoffs. The NWSL has a huge fan following and there are fans all over the world following your matches. Your insights on YouTube should provide you with a clear idea.

We are appealing to you to reconsider your exclusive contract with ESPN and have these games available on YouTube as well. There are 92 million homes accessible on ESPN..but we all know that not all of them are fans of women's soccer. Please do not turn away regular fans in the hope of gaining new ones.
