To fix the workplace aircondtioning.

Working in a kitchen is exhausting enough as it is and not having air conditioning affects the productivity of the employees within the restaurant. We are the only store out of 7 restaurants privately owned that do not have air conditioning. We will not risk having an employee loose conciousness due to over heat exposure and further more risking hurting themselves from the fall.
