Lee- ann Robert baxter single mother with 2 children age 10 and 16 years old suffers from turner syndrome was literally throun out of their home and belongings out on the pavement been homeless since 10 may 2016 both kids are at school in the area.the minister bongi madikizela of housing promised a meeting regarding this matter never materialised.this was miss Roberts Baxter's grand mothers house.she was taken out of her flat and asked by Mr Aubrey Creighton who is now dead and Arnold official of human settlement to take care of her grandmother.when the grand mother passed on she was then threaten with eviction .she was promised a lease by the dept at time of her going to look after her grandmother .she had also given up her job as her grandmother needed 24/7 frail care.Every official now claim that miss Baxter was illegal!not true some of our mothers are fighting to put miss Baxter and her kids back into her home but we are threatened by the dept of humen settelment .PLEASE HELP.June wanand a resident in the area has been to the parliament to request a meeting with the national minister lindiwe sisulu still awaiting response .June wynand is noew being threaten with eviction from john Daniels of human settlement because she and other mother are fighting lee-ann Robert Baxter .plight table talk newest paper has published this case twice but nothing has been resolved democratic south Africa women's rights???13 march 2013 Desiree Edgar single mother with 2 daughter aged 8 + 14 at the time was also evicted in the same manner .she is still homeless .Debbie janse van rensburg mother with 2 children aged 2 + 7 old at the time was also evicted in the same manner.Doen uys single guy man in the 40 years old looked after his mom for 12 years after she passed he was evicted and is still struggling ...All of the people are upstanding citizen drug free don't drink and working.all the houses that are selling drugs are still safe in their homes?drug lords have more humun rights than single mothers with children
