Childrens Hospital of Pittsburgh - Criminal Negligence

  • by: Michael White
  • recipient: Honorable Pennsylvania Governor, Mr. Tom Corbett

Don't let the corporate hospital industry destroy our family and cover up the truth! Hold them accountable for there actions, for ALL of U.S. lets make an example hear. Never be afraid to be heard, stand up for what you belive in and do the right thing for our future and our children's future.

On 3:24 PM 2/5/2013, Mr. White was wrongfully denied right's to his sick daughter while in the hospital, contact with the hospital and involvement in critically important care by Children's Hospital of U.P.M.C. of Pittsburgh PA for communicating in a law abiding manor to hospital officials as requested to do so numerous times and while intentions were good and peaceful as always proven over 3 years of regular time working with C.H.P..

Mr. White had expressed sincere emotional anguish regarding recent matters pertaining to his child and was working with hospital officials to collectively address the matters properly and during one such attempt, with respect to the law, in overwhelming consideration to my family's rights and interests and respect to the facility had requested consent noticeably to record a telephone call with an A.O.D. who respectably declined called me back to the phone wear stating "I will have to make a few phone call's" and i hung up. This lead to a hospital wide ban on Mr. White's ban on any and all communications with said facility needlessly.

Mr. White has always been a highly valued, productive, informed/informative, creative, contributive, caring, tolerant, understanding, cooperative, willing and compassionate member of the team his child en-tales in this medical community threw both actions and words at all times exemplary. It has been expressed his presence is a necessary and highly valued part of this care effort countless times by countless individuals in said facility. It was explicitly expressed to C.H.P. staff Mr. White was extremely distressed and suffering from P.S.T.D. at the time discussions from C.H.P. staff were forcefully brought to him and it was requested to communicate threw electronic means. During this requested means of communication, trust showed to be an important factor to consider while every reasonable and human attempt to be clear and informative was made, misinterpretations were assumed by the staff of C.H.P. that clearly were negligent. This, resulted in the circumstances of this petition and further P.S.T.D. related issues by Mr. White who at present wishes no further communication at this time by said facility however retains the right to involvement in his child's care and choice of later communication for this purpose when and if able to do so after such emotional tragedy incurred him by C.H.P. staff.

It has been further recorded that the actions of C.H.P. of demanding search and seizure of any and all electronic equipment, signed documentation stating agreement of no further telephone recording events and an armed security presence to accompany Mr. White at all times is an illegal and unconstitutional act of negligence by the facility stated hear and in direct violation of numerous civil, constitutional and UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Justice is required accordingly to the specified violations of Mr. White's rights to his child in a timely fashion with a through investigation consisting of interviews, through examination of ALL documents pertaining to said child thru-out said facility, history of similar reports having been made by everyone past and present and considerable polygraph usage accordingly. Said facility has engaged in the criminal actions of negligent behavior and attempted to cover such actions up repeatedly, now in an effort to silence Mr. White and keep him from protecting his child as is his natural god given right to do so account-ably. It is reasonable and valuable to consider the fact there is no further ability for Mr. White to trust said facility whatsoever with good reason and peaceful intent and is the wishes of Mr. White to continue care at another facility if able to allocate such resources for his child.

It is required a full investigation into these matters be held, the C.H.P. facility be held accountable for disability's discrimination and all actions agents Mr. White of C.H.P. be ordered to be suspended indefinitely.
