DISCRIMINATION AGAINST ACTIVE DUTY, GAP INSURANCE DENIED TO ACTIVE PERSONNEL!

MLA regulated where dealerships cannot sell GAP insurance to active soldiers. But they can sell to civilians, guard, and reservist. This is discriminatory to those who fight for our freedoms as a whole. Yet we're going to let the government screw them over. I am an active duty soldier and literally got screwed into a deal without the GAP. The dealership with held the information until important documents were signed. Because they knew I would have walked away if I could not get insurance. We need to stand up and stop them from doing this. Military are the biggest travelers of the world and need coverage just as much as any one else. This is not fair and discrimination. You can do your own research and see that I am not making this up!!!! This is now a federal law and has been put in place with in the last three years. So active personnel trying to buy a car with GAP Insurance is actually being screwed over in more than 1 way.

Thanks for your time on the phone.  I am still working on the request for you and do not yet know exactly how you will be helped, but know that you will for certain be helped.

I'm working with the correct people on finding the simplest solution to get the loan funded with the GAP protection you need to have.   I am leaving shortly here for the day, and hope to have some more information in the morning when I come in.

Feel free to call me or email me back with any questions.  If you need help right away, I have looped in my manager, Mindy on the situation. Her direct number is 360-891-4025.

Thanks.
