Demand to Investigate "Chicago Parking Meters" and City of Chicago Dept of Revenue!!!

As a citizen of Chicago, I have for many years experienced the corrupt parking system. While some might find this topic as not as important, thousands of people in the city of Chicago and Chicago Land will support me. The prices for tickets and penalties associated with it are blown out of proportion and are absolutely inadequate. For the past 8 years City of Chicago has done everything to make parking conditions for citizens as terrible as it possibly could and catch those who using parking in a trap of fees which could not be afforded by even those in top middle class. Number 8 is also how many years it has been since the deal with private owners from Abu Dhabi and Morgan Stanley which resulted in their acquisition of 32,000 parking meters in Chicago. After thoroughly reviewing the operating procedures, conducting feedback from various victims of this major scheme it is time we turn to the Department of Justice. It is time they step in and fix this issue of corruption and inhuman treatment of citizens. There many violations which Together the city of Chicago and Chicago Meter Company have had and there is no power to stop them. Money Laundering, Fraud, over-pricing and that is only beginning. To add to all of that, it is important to mention that a deal between two parties has been made for 75 years of which 66 are left. None of the profits made from the revenue will go towards city and the citizens who pay that money. All that money is being payed to foreign parties who do not contribute to the well being of the city, yet they make profit here? Yes that is not a crazy story from the movie about pyramid schemes, it is how politicians make business in Chicago. We ask Department of Justice to step in and punish those responsible for this atrocity and hold them accountable to reimburse the victims.
