Stop San Diego Housing Authority Corruption!

In 2002 I received a section 8 voucher. I moved into a house with my boys. I was attending a school and my boys were young, 11, 16, 17. We were members of a church where my boys attended many activities. A year later while my youngest was in the driveway a Sheriff's car passed by and a deputy waved at my son. The deputy had a housing official with him named Dwight Fleisher. They were on an investigation across the street from my house. The housing official asked the deputy how he new my son. The deputy told him he arrested my boy. He took him to the sheriff's substation and pulled up an old record from age 6. My son broke a light fixture while with other kids. I paid the owner for the fixture. No custody or court was involved. There is a 5 year window between an arrest and getting section 8. My son was turning twelve. Then 3 days later on April 3rd I received a termination letter.i was told to attend an informal hearing at the Housing Authority. I did attend the hearing, but very sick caused by fumes coming from the attic. I couldn't speak but a whisper, my feet swollen so big I couldn't wear shoes, and pain in my back. There were two housing officials present. Dwight Fleisher, and Katherine Bickle. A mediator, and myself. Bickle kept saying "she lied on her application". I never lied according to probation at a juvenile court. They told me a juvenile is never convicted, but it's a "true finding". That housings questioner was meant more for adults. The question I answered was "has anyone in your household been arrested and convicted for a felony"? I answered correct "no". That's why they terminated me. I turned that deputy in to internal affairs for refusing to take a missing child report from me, and to the Citizens Law Enforcement Review Board many times and he was never reprimanded for anything. When I asked him to take the report, he said "why should I help you when you turned me in to CLERB"? He refused, so I called a sheriff down from another town named Officer McKnight. He was a bit angry that Officer James Seal did not take the report. After, I knew this was Officer Seals retaliation against me. Getting me terminated was his gratification. We had to move again. I became disabled in 2001. That is why I needed section 8. I received no letters from housing from that point on. In 2017 I started writing letters and emails to the State Assemblyman, Congressman, San Diego Board of Supervisors. Housing said they want me to pay back 11,444.00. I would never be able to pay that on SSI. I went to a court of law, and a county worker who pulled up records on my son's back in 2001 - 2007 which showed no custody or court matters, because now they changed the reason why I was terminated! Now they said there was violence in my home, which I proved them wrong. They don't care about my proof! Then I get told it's a County problem to contact Joel Anderson. I have written and called several times asking his help to get the 11,444.00 waived. But no help! I keep getting vout on the back burner! No lawyers locally will help me because they work in the courts which is county! Now in 2023 I keep writing and emailing politicians, but now no response from any of them. Now at age 70, alone, disabled I need housing. Being disabled under section 504 I have the right to have housing. My son's are grown and have families of their own. My proof means nothing, but falsely terminated.Housing officials will not hold accountability for their mistakes! Afraid of losing their jobs? But 22 years later I am still fighting them. Hopefully my story will get out there and someone somewhere will offer me the help I need to be able to have a place to call home again. I would love to sue the county and the sheriff's department for making my life unbearable, for no reason. Nothing violent happened and I never lied! That's the honest truth! I believe in God with all my heart. I believe he will see I get some kind of Justice!
