Harressment and public embrassment in the workplace

  Workplace embrassment,  there should be  federal and state laws, that protect the workers from public embrassment by a manager in the workplace this should be a punishable offense, fair treatment is a must for businesses. Yelling at a employee in front of coworkers and using foul lanugage is unprofessional, employers in a business should talk to them away from employees and away from the customer's, in a private room such as a breakroom, office or in an area outside away from a bunch of people. So there not embrassed and have a bad view on the business.

Anybody who has signed this petition, please share and encourage others to sign in share, if you know any journalist or political figure that is willing to support this, don't be afraid to reach out to them. I really want to see improvements in the workplace and professionalism, it's not enough to just agree with it but taking the time to read it and sign it as well as share and reach to the media and political figures is away to increase fairness and professionalism in the workplace.

I have created this petition to address a flew in harressment cases,yes age, veteran,skin color are protected in the workplace, but not public embrassment. Attorneys currently won't take this to trail and I feel they should and judges shouldn't dismiss these cases because it creates a bad working eny, which in turn lowers productivy and production.
