Amend/Change the Barangay Logo

 A seal is used to represent something, whether authority or culture. Having the NCC (National Cement Corporation)'s seal on the center of the official barangay seal indicates that it is the main focal point of the barangay. Is this what we want? Should a private company represent our barangay as a whole?
