My name is Ivette Smith I worked for Bronxwood assistant living for the age in the Bronx for a couple months. I witnessed so much abusive, disrespect and discrimination towards Residents and employees that I have no choice but to complaint but to my suprise instead of investigate or remedy the situasion, I was subjected to harrasment, discrimination and retaliation by my supervisors and administration to the point that I was forced to resign because of the mental anguish I was exposed. I had witness the fear of residents and coworkers when they tryto protess or bring any issue to administration attention. The lock of concern, the poor nutrition, the abuse towards residents by supervisors and iads.. This is a facility that is been under investigation by Medicate fraud for a couple months. I urged our Government Andrew Quomo to please enforce disciplinary actions for non complaint with the non discrimination policies and non abuse to the elderly...
