DEMAND AN END TO DCS/CPS CHILD TRAFFICKING

The Indiana department of child services (Allen county branch), has been tormenting my entire family for the last 2 years! They have been illegally withholding my three nephews ages ( 4,2,&1) this whole entire time. Their mother, My mother, my maternal aunt, and myself have all been 100% willing and able to take all three if the boys in. And dcs has completely disregarded all of there protocols and laws in an attempt to adopt the children off to the foster parents. I have paid so much money trying to get the kids in the last month alone. We have never missed a court date, a visit with children ( which they have illegally stolen as of 10/2017), or anything else we were allowed to attend. They arrested my sister for medical neglect in 10/2017. They did this because she was a month away from getting over night visitation with her children ( because she had complied with everything she had to multiple times over). The case began 12/14/2016 And they decided to bring charges against her in 10/2017. Nearly a year after the fact. After she had done everything she was supposed to do to correct her wrong doing. But even now after the fact that she has already been punished for her crime. The department of dcs and the guardian ad lietem are trying to punish us, the family. By not allowing us to take care of our relatives. They would instead force them to be a victim of the system. I have been trying to gain placement of them since 12/14/2016. The only reason I have not been able to is based solely on the lies of the department of child services. They lied about drug screens multiple times. They told me I had heroine in my system, which is and was impossible as I have never been any where in the facility of any drugs outside of marijuana. Which is not a cause to have your children taken or in my case my nephews not placed with me. Hence why they lied and said heroine instead of telling the truth and saying marijuana. 6 months of them constantly lying they decide to give me a home study..thinking I wouldn't be able to pass it..but I'm not the heroine addict they would like to paint me as. I'm a hard working, caring, loving, responsible, and financially stabled young woman. With that being said I had more than enough space to take them in. And more than enough money to take care of them without the assistance of dcs. I have always denied their outlandish claims of me being on heroine, and on November 15th 2017 (the court hearing that would have granted my sister over night vists has shed not been incarcerated) I finally got proof they'd been lying about the drug screens the whole time. I told the judge about the defamation of my character. And she told dcs to present the drug screens ..and they could not present even one drug screen. Because they never existed! I have not been able to see my nephews since my oldest nephew's birthday 9/28/2017. Because as soon as they incarcerated my sister, they snatched my visitations away. Then with held my mom's until january/2018 and stole them from her , based on the foster parents lies. Speaking of the foster parent's they are fighting to adopt the children. For whatever reason..its definitely not because they need to be adopted. It's sick how much injustice we have been forced to be subjected to. But I'm asking you all to sign this petition to reform child protective services and help my nephews and all the other WANTED children that are being stolen from their families( not just the parents who may have needed to have their kids taken, but the parents families who have done no harm what so ever to them as well). If you truly care about child welfare, and civil rights. Then you will sign this petition because that what this is all about.
