The fair minority equal representation in govt. rights bill

In our democratic process minorities are not fairly represented by the elected officials who hold those particular offices, from local state government's, up to the executive Federal level in the above mentioned political offices, due to the fact that the law is based upon the percentage of the majority of the people who vote. Being a minority denies you the ability to have equal representation in our Government because of our population being far less substantial than that of the white population who make up for the majority of the populus in the United States of America. Thus denying minority groups the ability to be fairly represented by someone who is familiar with and or in touch with the issues that anyone of these represented groups face in their own unique cocommunities, and have been voted upon by their own groups to share equal seats in our governments offices of power. Without there being equal numbers of seats represented by minorities being made available to all groups of minority voters and citizens of this country, who by virtue of our constitutional and civil rights are entitled to be able to redress our government for grievances and to not be descriminated against by our own government or those who represent it.
