First Citizens Bank has let Joseph McDougall, the owner of Forest Lake Gardens, know that he needs to pack up everything and be out of the space he has been leasing for so long, by the end of the month. There will no longer be a local garden/produce shop right in the heart of Forest Acres.
He lost so much of his business in the flood and due to HOA fees, he's partly responsible for the bottom half of Forest Lake Place as well. He needs to build his business back and doesn't want to do it anywhere other than Forest Acres, where he's lived his entire life.
Please consider signing this petition to show your support for Joseph and your love for the small Forest Acres community. Let's show the bank that we want his business to stay!

Hello Friends!
Just wanted to send out an update and let you know that the bank seems to be working with Joseph on some options. We will know more soon and will update you, so no need to pull your accounts! You don't know how much your support means to our family and we simply cannot thank you enough. We love Forest Acres! :)
