Help older kids stay warm and safe before school

In the winters in can be so frigid as we are experiencing now and the kids of cms and bshs have to brave the cold to wait for the bus. Id like to see a hut built or open a a building for the time frame being questioned or even picking kids up on the corners like they do the younger ones. Then not only that there is no lighting leading the way to the bus stop kids can very easily get hit by cars if the driver aint paying attention.
