For access to the usa. My access is denied until 2017 in regards to a mistake I made when I was 20 years old in 2007 where I was incarcerated and deported on the grounds of not returning until after 10 years.. I wish to emigrate and live with my partner in the usa.he is a usa citizen. We have been in contact since 2007 and decided to settle in the usa. We are pursuing my visa and understand that there will be complications. I want to pursue this without no refuse. I simply want to marry my partner and have a family without any complications or delay in my immigration. I have stayed as a law abiding citizen since my mistake in 2007 and dont feel this should effect my future prospects. I feel this is within my human rights to marry and settle wherever either party originates from without delay.
