  • HAVE YOU REVIEWED YOUR PERSONNEL FILE LATELY?
  • ARE YOU AWARE THAT THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT COULD HAVE A CONFIDENTIAL TOXIC EMPLOYEE LIST WHICH FLAGS AND BLOCKS EMPLOYEES FROM CAREER ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND TRANSFERS?
  • HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED WHY YOU WEREN'T SELECTED FOR A TRANSFER OR A PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITY, WHILE THE POSITION WAS GIVEN TO SOMEONE WITH LESS EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS THAN YOU? IF SO, YOUR NAME MIGHT BE ON THE TOXIC EMPLOYEE LIST.

Keeping a TOXIC EMPLOYEE LIST is an unfair practice. Xonia Book vs. Walt Disney World could set a precedent. This decision in this case could allow Human Resources Departments to flag any employee who they would consider to be negative, difficult or problematic. Companies are not required to notify employees when their names are added to the list, or the reason why their names have been flagged. We need your help to prevent companies with continuing this unfair awful practice.
