Should animals be locked up in small cages in a business place?

Nothing Fancy Rink in Union Missouri, owned by Peggy, has a few animals locked up in small cages 24/7. They are never let out. EVER. She has a monkey named Wyatt, locked up in a small cage. Peggy (The owner) never lets him out. Over time he has grown very violent and attacks anyone who comes near him, except Peggy, of course. Over time Wyatt 'The monkey' has grown so bored he has started pulling his own fur out. He wears a diaper, but of course it is only changed once a day. I personally think that monkeys need room to roam, and like us, they need to socialize.
Now onto her Sugar Glidders. She hates them, she told many people that she only got them because her grandchildren wanted them, but her grandchildren are never around, like the monkey, they are also neglected.
The birds? There feathers disgustingly dirty, their water is nasty and they never seem to have any food. Come to find out, they get feed every few days. Every so often an employee will care enough to feed them once a day, if they are working. Peggy does not pay attention to these birds at all. No one has ever seen her step foot into their room. As niceness goes for these birds, they are known to cuss and attack employees.
Anyone who is against animal abuse please sign this petition. This will help free these poor animals. They deserve a better life. What would you do if you were forced to live in a small cage, unable to move freely?
