Stop Incentives for Police Community

Officers are given quotas to meet every month, this is absolutely obsurd. Quotas require officers to pull over and give tickets to individuals they might think are guilty of commiting a crime.This is destroying our community, causing people to pay major fines that they are not guilty of. We need to stop the government from taking our money. Stoping the incetives officers are given will help regain our freedom and right to our money.
