My brother was arrested a few years ago for something he didn't do.  He is lower functioning and we feel like the police abused the system.  No one else was interviewed.  Crime scene wasn't secured.  The police ignored inconsistent testimonies.  Detectives touted him guilty publicly w/in a few hours.  What has happened to innocent until proven guilty?  Others who should have been questioned were allowed to go free the next day to continue with their lives.  Please help us in trying to right this wrong....not only for his sake...but so it doesn't happen to someone else.
