This petition asks the VVGC to reconsider the value of Sherri Rugierro to the clinic and to all of her patients and clients. It asks that the VVGC allow her to stay on staff part time so that she may continue the great work she does with so many.

We the undersigned

As patients of the Verde Valley Guidance Clinic, or clients of Sherri Rugierro (adult case manager II, BA) would like to make a plea for reconsideration. Mrs Rugierro has asked to stay on staff part time and we would like to support that idea.

We feel that Sherri is a huge asset to the VVGC, and that the loss of her presence would be detrimental to the clinic and to those who have been under her care, either as direct patients or as members of her groups or other beneficial activitities.

We feel this issue is important enough to bring to the management of the VVGC because we are unsure if the VVGC recognizes how important a role Sherri plays in the growth, wellness, and recovery of so many VVGC Patients.

We feel that Sherri is one of the Best if not the best case manager/therapist on staff that we have met at the VVGC, and many of us have had to go  through quite a few transfers to different CM's and therapists here over the years. Many have gone through 3-5 individuals before finally being assigned to Mrs Rugierro and finding someone able to help us in such an effiecient, caring, and intelligent way.

We would just like to request that the VVGC reconsider the decision to refuse her part time request... and reconsider the value of Sherri to the VVGC because of the wonderful and healthy effect she truly has on the clients and patients of the VVGC.
