Lab results are performed by Institutions for the benefit of patients. They are paid for by the insurance company who is supposed to represent the patient, not the doctor or lab corp who performed the tests. To not allow patients to have their own records is fraud. Fraud it taking money to perform a service and then not providing a service. If you can't have your own records and they don't send it to anyone, your rights are being violated. If you agree please sign this petition.
