It is a sad day in Sarasota.
For the past two years, we have watched you work in a place that was one of the most corrosive environments that we have come to know. And because of your leadership and compassion, we have see you turn it all around.
It was with a heavy heart that we recieved the news of your departure. You are one of the most genuine peope that we know. Your passion about our county and the experience that you shared with us has renewed our faith in our county government.
It is truly our loss that you will no longer be serving as out County Administrator. May you look back at this time with no regrets and know that you have left an indelible impression on our community.
