My gem like lady Ratnawali ,my wife n helping every body in need ,Even we used to have very limited resources then .She her self raised two sons Madhukar Singh n Gaurav Singh in City .Their mother n father enjoyed luxury of a land lord family n Agricultural lands ,Fire arms Gold n every thing else to it,s fullest extent.Vijai Singh Sachan and Suman singh both lived alone their .Being very characterless they offended my father who was looking after the property till then.He was a self esteemed man n stopped to visit the village .Any body can ask the womenising nature of Vijai Singh now living in Delhi, with any body in the village .He force fully started to live here n other one used his money n political n Judicial powers to torture my wife .
He even with help of his goons Arun Shukla n his elder brother Alias Raja kantar a renowned criminal in those days tried to Rape her in my absence .Though she never told me ,But was insisting to change home in her last days .
I cant guess the reason ,but got it after her demise .Police was adament not to register a FIR N I have to go to court for it.Court ordered n FIR was lodged.Knowing that the same police men are appointed as investigating officers , I got them changed for three times by complaining to S.S.P then .Third one clearly explained my father a Lawyer himself that nothing but a Final report is being prepared under influence of Judiciary.It was my second brother Rajan Singh Sachan retired from District Judge of Agra 3 years back .
Ratnawali lived just 6 K.Ms from my home .Nobody from her family was interrogated .Is it feasible ?I my self lived their for 8 months because threat to my life were too not less.
I have not signed the final report yet n it can be reopened again .With out my sign it is totally invalid n illegal as well.
Please help me via this care 2 platform to push my petition foreward so much that those Monsters can be booked for heinious offence commited by them !! .
