Serenity Valley has been in operation in Kilbride for over 10 years, supporting our local community with health and wellness programming. The property has been sold, and a new location has not been acquired yet due to the shortage of commercial space, and significant limitations to home based businesses in the Niagara Escarpment.
Permission has been granted by the new land owners to allow Serenity Valley to continue to operate on the property for the next 6 months. However, the Niagara Escarpment only permit owners of the property to run a business on it. I am requesting the NEC consider a request for temporary permission to continue running Serenity Valley for a maximum of 6 months.
