Make Trophy Hunting illegal in the USA

Because the rest of the world is getting sick about the excess of the super rich Americans going trophy hunting, then blaming the local authorities for allowing it. If there is no demand, there is no case. As long as super rich Americans offer 50 or 100,000 dollars for a lion, someone will take the offer. Just kill the demand by imposing 1 million dollar fine to whoever bring in a trophy head to the US. Stop blaming the corrupt African officials. KILL the DEMAND, not the LION.
