Destroy the Death Star: Get big money out of goverment

I actually started a petition to President Obama on the Whitehouse.gov petition website.  It is http://wh.gov/fioZ.  The goal is to get all monied interests out of government affairs.  Especially large monied interests that are corrupting our government.  I believe if we can correct this, goverment will function better.  If elected officials won't sign legislation to stop the flow of big money, vote them out!  Its just the beginning to functional goverment, but it is essential.  Will you visit the link to sign the petition?  It needs 150 signatures before it goes on the public site.  Thank you!
