Chevron found new virgin lands to plunder and pillage. This time is a small village in Romania call Pungesti. The methods used are abusive, due to the fact that the village is occupied by a handfull of people, majority of them are elders which the company considers uneducated and easy to handle. The Romanian authorities don't offer any support as always, actually they are the ones that create these situations, due to the high level of corruption and greed. Although fracking was bent in other countries, brainless, careless and ignorant romanian politicians allow it with open arms.They support Chevron by having the gendarmerie abusevily attacking the protesters, beating them, arresting them and stoping any other peaceful people and supporters of the cause getting to the area. Only a small group of people are doing what they can to support the protesters but they need way much more HELP. They need other people and they need funds to legally stop this atrocity against environment. This is a cry for HELP! Please share this. We need 1million people to change what the goverment is doing to us.
