While we like to thank the New York State Legislature and Governor Andrew Cuomo for restoring health insurance coverage for former NYCOTB employees living in New York State, the job is not complete!!!


Hundreds of New York City OTB Retirees have been dealt a severe blow by being stripped of vital healthcare benefits when they need them the most, just because of where they live. There was no residency restriction on the loyal commuters from neighboring NJ and CT who paid NYS taxes for decades while employed at NYCOTB. Time is running out!
