Demand for termination of duties due to hostile behavior.

Wendy Kavurmas is an unprofessional person who works with the public. She has been rude to tenants starting with her memos, rude on the phone, yelling. Likes to intimidate using her position by threatening tenants with eviction with no proper legal cause. She has used racist language towards me personally when I confronted her on one of her lies, and I quote" I know your kind, you don't belong here you sp..." She yelled at me and shoved her finger on my face, pushed me against a book shelf, and made it seem like I was the aggressor.

She is a danger for our community, aggressive both verbally and physical. She should not work with the public.
