Dear Royal Mail,
I am really not happy with the disgusting customer service that College Road Post Office, 6 College Road, Alum Rock, Birmingham, B8 3SJ is providing. The male staff in particular are rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, and ignorant. In other words they treat your customers with utter contempt.
I have been kept waiting in the queue for a long time because they are slow. Also I find it completely unacceptable that their favourite customers are allowed to jump the queue. It's frustrating and very annoying. The male staff have been very aggressive with me if I challenge their unacceptable customer service. Also, they 'punish' any customers that dare speak out by being doubly obnoxious the next time round.
I no longer use this post office. Royal Mail you must either close down this post office or bring in new postmasters and staff. I do not believe these people are suited for this sort of business venture. They are arrogant and have serious humility issues. We the consumer pay more now then ever to post a letter or to send of a parcel or two. The least you can do is make sure we are treated to some good cumstomer service.
This post office is a disgrace! Come on Royal Mail step in and sort it out. The community needs this post office!
