Save My Dogs! Taken In Illegal Search and Seizure

On April 19th my dogs were seized on the premise of abandonment and neglect with no proof to support these claims. The authorities and Humane Society have yet to provide any paperwork, documentation, warrant or files officially charged. They seized my dogs and my uncles' dogs and refuse to let us call to check on them, nor will the sheriff's department return any of our calls. Our animals have always been taken care of and there are plenty of people who can attest to this fact. These were our family, my children cry and have nightmares about this! I have nothing to hide and have posted numerous pics of our dogs to social networks where people can see that they are happy and healthy. At this point the officials are being elusive and rude at best and paperwork of any kind has yet to be filed but they still have my dogs and refuse to return them or let me check on them. Some of the farm animals that have been taken have been returned with the sheriff's office saying they should've never been taken. I am so worried about my dogs' emotional wellbeing and care because they have never been away from us and I know they are not getting the care they need. *******update: As of May 15th, we still await to hear anything from the Sheriff's Dept. We have tried to contact the duputy in charge several times, being told he will call back and no one has ever tried to get in touch with any of us. The manager of the Humane Society has spoken to me and indicated that she could tell our dogs were cared for but she hasn't heard anything from the Sheriff's Dept. either. Horses and goats that were seized under the same premise were returned and the rescue person who returned them said he saw no reason for them to have not given our dogs back. We are trying hard to find a lawyer to take this kind of case and have contacted ACLU and other avenues of help but have not had any luck with anyone getting back to us. Feels like we are in a black hole anymore.
This letter is to petition for the safe return of our 3 dogs (cane Corso mix, Dogue de Bordeaux and a wolfdog) that were wrongfully taken in an illegal search and seizure without probable cause. Authorities tresspassed on private property, cut locks on the gate and entered onto private property without warrant or previously calling the landowners at the number posted on the "No Tresspassing" signs on the property. This petition demands the dogs be returned to the owners immediately and without charging kenneling fees for being in possession of stolen property (the dogs). No charges have been filed so there is no reason to further traumatize my family pets who have never been away from their loved ones like this. If our pets are not returned, we will also begin to file theft charges as well as tresspassing charges and any other charges that are applicaple to this situation.
