Demand on stopping the sexual abuse of 7 year old girls in foster care. Stop the cover ups now!

My daughter was raped while in foster care and the agency covered it up. In fact,the agency gave the abusive foster parents more children the next day. Because I stood on top of them about my daughter,they started allegations on me.. The agency put a fake ban at the front desk,banning me from entering the facility. The ban said because I threatened staff,but in court,the agency lied about the ban. It's a lot I have on the injustices done to me and my children on audio recordings when I was there. I have the director who signed the ban,on recording not even knowing anything about me. I have a recording of a judge violating my rights and also lying about the law to deceive me. I have paperwork that was given to me by a caseworker that didn't want to be exposed as a person that cover up child abuse. I also have him on recording. I have everything to bring these criminals down,but I just don't know how to do it.
Can u please help me and my children? Or at least hear what I have. Thank you
