There have been several places which have been declared out of bounds to smoking such as restaurants , bars , wedding halls but there are other places outdoors where there are many people such as bus stops and terminus and outdoor cafes. In these places you find people smoking and if you speak to them about some people with respiratory problems most of them ignore you completely. See that all those places where smoking is out of bound , the rules are being kept especially political party ,band clubs and wedding halls , because many turn a blind eye and also make bus stops , terminus plus open air cafes smoke free as well.
