Dear NYPD,

There was other ways that this could have been handled, I know Star acted out of fear and she was most proably trained to protect her terrtory when the officer moved in she must of felt she needed to protect her owner, I think the officer reacted wrongly he could have just shot her in the leg to have her back down. It was a bad shot and she was left bleeding and suffering while bystanders cried and the officers just stood there I would like to see some form of justice for Star  and I hope you can give it to her.
