Punish mother for encouraging baby to abuse kitten

Marisca Gompel, from Paramaribo, Suriname, South Africa has recently uploaded a video onto her facebook in which her baby daughter is seen abusing a kitten while her mother videotapes the whole thing and laughs about it some more. Child is seen grabbing the kitten by the tail, hitting it against the floor, smacking it in the face etc...This SOB needs to be punished immediately for corrupting the child.
