Remove SRO out of South Carolina schools

WE SEND OUR CHILDREN SCHOOL TO BE TAUGHT NOT TO BE TREATED LIKE ANIMALS. SCHOOLS SHOULD NOT BE SETUP LIKE PRISONS.
