Devastating to hear but 4,400 young people commit suicide in one year. That is 12 people a day. This has to be stopped or at least reduced! Cyber bullies attribute to this suicide amount. They cause these people to lose hope and end their lives! Cyber bullying causes serious depression and mental issues! The fatal impact that mean comments and words have can cause one person to feel that they are worthless, and that they do not matter to anyone. This is a severe threat to our youth and anyone who uses the internet really.
Too many people are victimized by cyber bullying and their acts need to be punished. There are people committing suicide because of the cyber bullying. This happens in public schools a lot now because the students are on social media bullying class mates. There needs to be monitoring done to see who they are, and if a student commits suicide the comments that were said to them need to be investigated. Then prosecution of the bullies that influenced their suicide can take place in the court of law under human rights foundation.

Please take this serious matter into serious thought for the sake of online communicating and to reduce the impact that the cyber bullies are creating. If this new prosecution ruling happens in America other countries will copy, and then the internet will be a more peaceful existence.
