Most teenagers in Elk Grove would agree that there are not many options for recreation or to entertain themselves. In the free time that teens do have they like to eat at the multiple food places in Elk Grove. Now that Elk Grove is getting older many of the food places are getting repetitive and dull to visit. I've talked to many teens and when I ask them if they enjoy Sonic they always respond with of course or that they haven't been to one. Then I follow up and ask, " So why doesn't Elk Grove have a Sonic." This is a question I ask myself everyday. Why wouldn't a growing town with close to 170,000 people have a place where you can get delicious milkshakes, drinks, and other food at low prices. Not only would sonic be great for teens but great for he Sonic business itself. If it's one thing I've learned in Elk Grove is that people spend a lot of money on food. Also Sonic could give employment to the many teens here and help them with college or keep them out of trouble by reaching responsibility. Sonic is not like all fast food restaurants like McDonald's or Carl's Jr. because they have unique flavored and items that you haven't even thought of trying. So next time you want sonic and have to visit Roseville ask yourself one question. Why isn't I am helping to get a sonic here?
