TO BRING MATIENANCE WORKER CARL WILLIAMS BACK TO BARUCH HOUSES.

Carl Williams have been a good employee of the development in Baruch Houses for about 18 years, and due to and injury that he had that was job- related he was four days overdue to return, and this caused him to be transfer to another development in East Harlem. Also, there is no reason for him not to return to Baruch Houses because there is about five vacant maintenance spot available and the development is short of these workers already, and one less worker will be one less repair that will not be done in the development.
