The Village of Hamburg residents opposes the proposed development of the apartment complex by CRS Developers within the context of preserving the Green Space on the Beautiful 18 Mile Creek as well as the adjacent 78 acres of state land. This said property should enhanced to be enjoyed by all as well as to be an attraction to bring outdoor enthusiasts into our Village.

Our opposition to this proposed project is based on the facts that: 1) The said property is adjacent to 78 acres of state land that should be accessible to all. 2) To preserve the beauty and natural resources of the 18 Mile Creek to be set as an attraction to bring our town residents into our village as well be an attraction to bring outdoor enthusiasts into our village, 3) Building a 20 plus apartment complex along with an accompanying large garage will take away from the Natural beauty - a discretion to the what could be / beautiful park of our beloved village and it successful Beautification Project. 4) Building a large apartment complex along with the large garage on a small parcel is not consistent with local needs. 5) Residents already have concerns with regard to congestion, pedestrian safety and traffic flow from East Eden. 6) This apartment complex would create wildlife habitat destruction to what could be a beautiful natural wildlife preserve.

We the undersigned hereby OPPOSE the anticipated apartment complex development located at 77 South Buffalo street by developers.

Such actions will desecrate our 18 Mile creek with the attached 78 acres of state land natural beauty to be enjoyed by all.

This is contrary to the village of Hamburg tradition of Preserving and protecting its long cherished historic character.
