Dear Kori

I would like to introduce myself, my name is Tammy Emley.
My husband is Adam who is a Dialysis patient at your clinic in Bishop.

In 2008 my husband was diagnosed with congenital heart failure, diabetes, and high blood pressure, etc.
In 2010 he needed a hip replacement, could not have the surgery because of his health.

After 30 some years with the country of Inyo. He was forced to retire.

Late 2011 he was hospitalized at S.I.H. for over 30 days

In the stuff unit. Also, he was diagnosed with Kidney failure. In May 2014 he was flown out to Glendale. In very bad shape.

We meet Dr. Minasian prior to the Glendale trip, so I knew that my husband would be taken care of,

Dr. Minasian Dr. Zakari is the doctor's that saved his life. They are very professional at what they do and keep up with the updates, very caring for there patients.

Art Dominquez and staff at the Dialysis Center they are AAA, you couldn't have a team.

I have learned over the last 5 plus years going to Dialysis seeing and meeting new people making friends. We all become family.

Thanks to these doctors my husband is in good health.

My recommendation to you is taking the time to go to the Dialysis center talk with the patient's, staff and doctors.
