Justice for the Puppies that were thrown into the river in 2010

In 2010 a girl wearing a red hoodie threw a bucket full of puppies, one by one, into a flowing river. The puppies being as small as they were had little to no chance of surviving. This girl was later found in the town of Bogonjo in Bosnia, and faced trial resulting in no charges due to her young age.

As old as the news may be, this kind of animal cruelty should not be unpunished.
Please sign this petition so we can show the world that this is NOT OK!!

All I am asking is that she gets heavily fined or put in prison for a while so she can realise her actions. Walking away without any reprecussions is not going to teach her or anyone else anything.

Please review the changes against the girl who threw the puppies into river in 2010.
Her going unpunished, is not ok. We want justice for the puppies and all the other animals that have been treated this way.
